For a long time, the management of Scandinavian offshore for marine services served offshore companies in Egypt and Libya. SSA Partners have acquired Scandinavian Offshore for Marine Services in Oct. 2019, SOMS is a Private Free Zone Company established in 2009 to work with International Ship/Rig owning & marine service companies based on back to back contracts. We have supported our core customer Maersk Supply Service (MSS) since the late nineties – with MSS offering an innovative and simplified approach to the removal of subsea equipment and pipelines from the sea floor, they have many years of experience in performing mooring installation and towing services for both drilling and production units all over the world.

Additionally, MSS has a proven track record of delivering a wide variety of subsea IRM activities worldwide through a wide range of Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS), Subsea Vessels, and PSV serving customers in various locations. This has made it possible to extend our wide experience to rig owners working in parallel with offshore vessels as well. 

Being in the shipping field since 1991, we have expanded significantly in offshore activities through hard work to build reliable & strong networks in oil & gas fields in Egypt and Libya through a third-party agent.
